The sessions follow this structure:

Dynamic warm up with and without the ball
Dribbling, ball control and advanced techniques
Passing and receiving, 1v1 attacking complex technique
Shooting and soccer conditioning
First Touch, change of direction
Game Awareness, attacking and defending principles
Free Kicks and other set pieces

Training curriculum from European and South American Clubs. AJAX, CHELSEA,REAL MADRID, PSG, VALENCIA, INTER MILAN, BOCA JUNIOR, RIVER PLATE, SANTOS and FLAMENGO.
